If it turns out negative, do relax, there is nothing much to worry about. The timing of your periods depends on when you ovulate and it looks like you have taken a little longer than normal this time to ovulate and hence a delayed period. But your cramping suggests that your periods could be just around the corner and all you need to do is just wait and watch. However, if you think your periods are getting delayed more than longer, you may take tab. Medroxy progesterone acetate 20 mg once daily for 5 days.
