What Does Delayed Period Along With Abdominal Cramps Indicate?

Well iv missed my period & have been using certain narcotics.. So I m wondering if that could be a cause for missing it and it not coming. I don t keep track of my cycle like I should but I know its been well over a month since I had my last one.. Iv been pregnant before I have 3 kids and iv known at 3 weeks that I was pregnant each time. I don t feel pregnant but my stomach is kinda crampy like I should be starting its just not. Is there ways to naturally try to being it on??

Hello there, thanks for posting your query!
First of all, not all pregnancies feel the same. So I encourage you to take up a simple urine pregnancy test to see if you are actually pregnant. If it turns out negative, do relax, there is nothing much to worry about. The timing of your periods depends on when you ovulate and it looks like you have taken a little longer than normal this time to ovulate and hence a delayed period. But your cramping suggests that your periods could be just around the corner and all you need to do is just wait and watch.
However, if you think your periods are getting delayed more than longer, you may take tab. Medroxy progesterone acetate 20 mg once daily for 5 days. You will get your periods within a week of stopping medication. However, make sure your pregnancy test is negative before considering medication.
Hope this helps. Good luck!
